Information about Gleaners’ leadership

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors, which can include as many as 24 members. The Board meets eleven times a year. The minutes of each board meeting are kept.

Board committees meet as needed. The committees are:

  • Personnel
  • Development
  • Operations Committees

The Gleaners staff is led by President & CEO Pamela Altmeyer, who reports to the Board of Directors. Pam chairs a management team consisting of the following positions:

  • Chief Operating Officer
  • Senior Vice President & Human Resources Manager
  • Fiscal Officer
  • Director of Development
  • Grant Manager and Major Gifts Officer
  • Media/Programs Manager
  • Systems/Facilities Manager
  • Warehouse Operations Manager

Gleaners employs 49 full-time staff members and oversees the activities of approximately 514 volunteers monthly.
