Information about Gleaners’ leadership
Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, Inc., is governed by a Board of Directors, which can include as many as 24 members. The Board meets eleven times a year. The minutes of each board meeting are kept.
Board committees meet as needed. The committees are:

- Operations Committees
The Gleaners staff is led by President & CEO Pamela Altmeyer, who reports to the Board of Directors. Pam chairs a management team consisting of the following positions:
- Chief Operating Officer
- Senior Vice President & Human Resources Manager
- Fiscal Officer
- Director of Development
- Grant Manager and Major Gifts Officer
- Media/Programs Manager
- Systems/Facilities Manager
- Warehouse Operations Manager
Gleaners employs 49 full-time staff members and oversees the activities of approximately 514 volunteers monthly.
