Medicaid

Medicaid is a federal and state program that can help you gain access to critical healthcare services.

TANF

TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) provides cash assistance and can connect you to other resources. 

CCDF

CCDF (Child Care Development Fund) can help your family get child care so you can work or further your education.

Gennesaret Free Clinics provides quality healthcare regardless of one’s insurance coverage or ability to pay. A variety of basic medical services are available. Please see our FAQ section for more details.

Services available

The health provider is able to treat minor conditions and illnesses including:

  • Employment/school physicals (form required)
  • Infections
  • Cold/flu symptoms
  • Rashes and wounds
  • Asthma

Patients may also receive same-day medications to treat diabetes and hypertension at no cost.

Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Yes, these medical services are really free.
No, you do not need to provide any insurance.

You do not need to bring anything with you to receive care on Gennesaret’s mobile medical unit. However, it may be helpful if you can provide your personal/family health history and a list of medications you’re currently taking.

No, you do not have to be a U.S. citizen to receive care. Anyone can be treated regardless of their immigration status, income level, or medical insurance status. 

No, unfortunately services are only available for adults (18+).  Your children are welcome to wait while you receive treatment.
